Epson R3000 Wi-Fi Query

For the past couple of years I have been using my R3000 connected to my PC (Windows 7) by USB cable.

Now, due to a re-organisation of my workspace, I have switched to a Wi-Fi connection between PC and printer.

Everything seems to work OK, except: Since switching to Wi-Fi, I can no longer see the Ink Levels on my PC screen. All of the driver controls are there but when I click on "Show Ink Levels" I just see an array of apparently empty cartridges. (Yes - I am using official Epson cartridges).

Any idea what I need to do to get this information visible on my screen?

Someone on the Amateur Photographer forum came up with the solution.

If anyone else encounters the same problem, it is simply a case of re-installing the driver and allowing it to detect the correct subnet.
