Very green and beautifully sylvan! Your Merrill seems at its best in those woods.

It's beautiful.  I can almost smell the forest and feel the moss.  Been meaning to comment on your work for awhile, Dwayne - while it's not always the most "idealized" presentation of scenery, you always conveys a feeling of "being there" better than pretty much anyone.   I always enjoy seeing your posts :)

This is one of your best in this series, IMHO, Dwayne. It makes me feel I am right there in the scene, which reminds me of many of my favorite hiking spots.

Another where you have carefully composed with strong lines in this often-challenging forest environment.

That's pretty vague, Dwayne, considering the Bruce Trail is 800+ kilometres long! Are you holding out on us? Protecting your turf?  :)

It resembles part of Dundas Valley just east of the Hermitage, but it is certainly representative of a number of locations along the Niagara Escarpment: Balls Falls CA (as you showed us previously), Grimsby CA and others.

BTW - very nicely done; well-seen and composed.
