Can't play or download content

Hi everybody,

Just bougt Advanced Guide to LR5, Installed player app,
select to download the chapters, but D/L speed is indicated as <10 kb/s.

With that speed I won't live long enough to watch the tutorials.

Also tried to watch them from the cloud player, but it says that it can't access the media file.

Perhaps the server is down? Then I'll wait patiently til it gets back again.

Clearly there is a network problem. Try rebooting and trying again - or if you can, try from a different computer for the streaming.

Rob,

Have you had any luck in getting the issue resolved? I've been having the same trouble the past week, where videos will not stream and downloading is <10 kb/s (not working). I can tell it's not a problem on our end, as it doesn't matter whether I attempt it from my home network, LTE on the iPhone app, or any public wifi around town.

Whenever you experience a problem like this and you have unsuccessfully tried a couple of potential solutions, please contact the help folk at Purple.

They can often pinpoint the problem and sort it for you
