You have captured an amazing sky. Overall, I really like the processing of the sky except for the small area of yellow on the left. I find it somewhat distracting. Some of the processing of the foreground is a little sloppy. The end of the pier has a halo around it from what looks like some brush work. Perhaps from a curves adjustment. I would also correct the vertical lens distortion, which is causing the pillars of the pier to appear to be leaning.

As far as the composition is concerned, I would crop to just below the pier. The drama is in the sky, and the foreground is detracting from the great sky. With some more work, I think you will have a very good image.

I agree with Richard. The sky is really interesting, with a swirl of colours.

Great shot !
A bit of local desaturation in that extreme yellow or a little bit of repair brush and its perfect.
Concerning the composition, I like it as it is - with the foreground.
