Good image, with lots of interest in the successive planes. Was a GND used? It seems that a darker band is extending downwards from the sky covering the mountains a bit too much?

Many thanks for your critique.
I didn't use a grad for this shot as it is a stitch of 7 shots in total. The angle takes in about 180 degrees from east to west.
While i was waiting for the sunset i got some great light in the heather and gorse but the sky wasn't great. The colours came out after the sun had moved behind the mountains so the light on the foreground was (unnaturally) brightened in post processing. I didn't want to brighten it too much and I couldn't brighten that darker band due to the lack of detail so left it as a silhouette. It does bug me a little where the dark band runs in to the foreground at the top right of the heather.

Hi James
I know this area well :o)
I agree with Paulo. The mountain looks way out of balance with the heather, especially the area on the left. IMO you have brightened that area to much. It's now brighter than the heather on the right and you seem to have the area above the horizon lightened in the process.

Hi Enda,
Many thanks. this is an older image of mine and its great to come back to it and get a few opinions from photographers and have a look at re-editing. I am a little nervous about changing this one as its a very good seller for me. The locals seem to like it. Taking on board what has been said, here is a re-edit.

James, thanks for the detailed feedback. I prefer the second image, more balanced. But I can understand the first one is selling well.
