I like #2 especially. #3 is also interesting. I like how you controlled the highlights in both those.

Nicely done.  Brings back memories (not necessarily good ones!)

I think I'll stay here.

Those really capture the feeling of COLD.

They certainly do. We've had nothing in north-west England this year except rain. I've not had to scrape my car windscreen even once. That, I don't mind: but I do miss the photographic opportunities.

My favourite is number 3.

Had to come back for a second look on a larger screen but my initial impression held.  It's #1 for me.  It pulls me closer into the experience.  More good shots for your Plains portfolio.

Lovely images Scott, particularly 1 & 3.

I'd crop a tiny bit off the right edge of 3.

#3 (the house) for me.  After the superb image of the windswept road you posted earlier, #1 looks less compelling.

Thanks for the feedback, everybody.

"Cold" is good. I was shooting for empty, abandoned, desolate, alone, but cold is close enough.

Dave -- yes, I pushed #1 a little to the bright side. Some liked it.

Isaac -- Yes, it's good when a snow storm erupts on Saturday morning, I know where to go within a few miles to find some useful props.

Graeme -- square might be nice, but I wanted some space "in front" of the building.

Best of all -- these print with very little ink at all.  ;)

They certainly convey all of those very well. "Cold" is just the first one that came to mind. Great set to go with the others.
