Who this is good forThis is good for someone who needs a professional light setup for their studio. It can also be good for someone who shoots weddings and wants extra power at certain large or spread-out facilities. The 600RX units provide more than enough power for any venue and can even be used outdoors with a VML or Tronix Explorer (Which i also have one for sale). I primarily used this as my studio setup, 1 light for the main, 1 for the background and 2 kickers. All of these light shaping tools will handle just about any situation you can throw at a portrait or venue.
How it operatesThe only thing i'm not including is a skyport trigger. The receivers are all there, 4 of them. But you'll need one triggering device seen here:

You don't have to go to each light to make adjustments. You can also turn on/off the modeling lights from the triggers and finally, if you are into a graphical representation, the Wifi module allows you to see/control everything from the Ipad or Iphone with a swipe. Pretty slick.
Elinchrom BrandIf you aren't familiar with Elinchrom as a brand, you should be. They offer the best quality/price ration in professional lighting. Surely, there is Profoto and Broncolor which could be considered better in some ways, but their lights are also 4x the price of these. So Elinchrom sits at the sweet spot of lighting technology, awesome and reliable technology and an affordable price for the professional.
