Maybe I could try just knocking the sensor out of alignment. That might be simpler.

Well done, folks! Dave, have you tried adding a little blur to your palouse abstract to see if it becomes watercolour? Fine as is but might be fun.

I think this is more where I was headed in terms of seeing. The colors were indeed absolutely wonderful, but the silky textures, contours, and shadows were fascinating and I think more emphasized by the monotone treatment and toning to bring them together. BTW, it's number 20 sepia in SEP2.

Very nice monochromes!
But colour has the advantage of reminding me that this is indeed a landscape, a revelation I enjoy.
