I like the composition, but I think it might be oversharpened.  There seem to be some halos.

Thanks for the comments Chris. Not sure what you are seeing, but I can't see any Halos. If you are referring to the white areas around the perimenter, that's not halos. Its concrete edges that are blown out by the sun.
