In "Wet web" you have presented, what is obviously a disused snare and impersonal condensation, in a way I find very comforting.  It could be a breast or some other grand design.  What ever exceptions to this abstracts rule may lurk in the background are well camouflaged.

"Google maps"
Took me a while, but I think I get it now. Thanks for the comments.

So now I will move on to rhythm. Unfortunately, I did not get enough DOF.

Two from the building we work in - one ephemeral & one I've been walking past most days for a couple of years.

Gaudy but real. This place used to be a Vaudeville Theatre. The gold cast is so powerful due to the powerful tungsten bulbs and the surrounding gold painted walls that it enveloped everything. I converted most to bw, but I like this one as is, though I do have BW version.

Riffing (back in 2014!) on Chuck's pics. Near infrared via 720nm low-pass filter.

Thank you Eric. From a newly built showroom at the Garden centre. Will the pendulum swing?

That is delightful, the colours match the playful way the rectangles recede.
