This is a great rolling camera bag, beautifully designed. It is made to meet international restrictions for carry-on airplane baggage. See the manufacturer's description here:

It has many great features such as combination locks with TSA access, cable locks for securing a laptop or securing the bag to a stationary object, etc. And, it holds a lot! I used it only a few times, and condition is perfect other than some minor scuffing on the bag's feet. Includes all instructions originally included.
