I noticed that in camera raw processing tools in the Ricoh GR are a huge step up from any others I've seen.
At least for global adjustments like WB, NR, sharpening, exposure, etc. (everything short of local adjustments using layer masks and brushes), Ricoh seems to really be on the right track.
For this somewhat difficult lighting example, using tools on-board the GR, I was able to get practically identical results compared to Acr/CS6 or Aperture editing. 100% view of OOC JPEG on the left, Aperture plus CS6 edited version on the right.

Over the course of a few weeks, I compared to the OMD EM5 and Fuji X20, and am of the opinion that if Ricoh and others take this a little further, I may be able to skip a lot of off-board post processing in the future.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what level of detail you can adjust WB, NR, sharpening, color levels, etc. in the K-3, DF, E-M1, X-E2, or other recently released cameras?
Is this a trend across all manufacturers, or is Ricoh/Pentax ahead of the curve?
