I like the image - very well seen!

I also think there some interesting possibilities to develop it further.

On the right side the leaves are darker, because there are almost no reflections.
This appears to bring a sort of slight imbalance into the composition which might be improved
by either cropping (maybe to a 1:1 ratio) or (maybe better) some very careful selective working on the tones.

You have resisted to push the tones too much, which I think is a good idea, but maybe some slight accents
in the ice might bring it out better, maybe with some local dodging at the light parts.
A similar local adjustment might also work on the leaves (maybe you have already done so, some parts could be the result of local adjustments).

If you decide to re-work the image the balance between the ice, the reflection and the leaves is a sensible equilibrium, easily destroyed - no easy task.

Cheers

Interesting image, but to my eye there is conflict between the reflections, and the leaves. I think the photo would be more effective if one, or the other, were given more weight.

I'd love to see a reworked version paying attention to Chris and Paolo's suggestions.
It is a fine image, but I agree that it could be made stronger. It's well worth some additional time and effort.
