Often I'm the first here to make such a comment, but here I feel it contributes to the peaceful mood. The only thing I'd do to this shot would be to try to clone out the spit of land on the left hand side of the horizon.

Clouds missing is a shame  , but for this shoot i think it works, i think it give more peaceful mood ( to use Jeremy words ). Clouds would also work great, but would give to the picture another mood, more dramatic.
