I am trying to print a test image on 4x6 sized paper and I get a message from Lightroom that immediately says it cannot print the image (see attached). But if I try to print image at 8.5x11 Lightroom begins going through the print process as per normal (I cancel it as I just want the small size).
In past I was able to print 4x6's with no problem, albeit under Lightroom 4 (this is 1st time trying 4x6's with LR 5). And while image size is approx. 4900x3500 I also tried to print a 500x900 sized image @ 4x6 just to see if this was related to trying to cram too many pixels onto a small print, and the same error message popped up.
Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do about it?
