I don't see much need for the sky in either of these///maybe more so in the top, but not at all in the bottom image.

The second is most interesting without the skyline showing. I noticed the centre stone has a "mystical" face that adds to the mood of the scene.

I do like the sky in the top image - could do without it in the bottom image.  Both fine works, though.

I like both. The sky in the first image is interesting. I don't mind the sky in the second image but my eyes don't ever seem to travel to it.
