schneider G-Claron 150 with P65 phase one back for macro shooting

Hi,
I wonder if the old schneider G-claron 150 lens is workable with modern P65+ for macro shooting(1:2~1:6 medium range macro at f11).
I know schneider 120 macro digital lens is a good match for modern digital back. But I wonder how the g-claron might work in image quality compared with 120 macro...
