What is the Really Right Stuff solution to this ?
« on: August 25, 2013, 04:30:33 pm »

I'm strongly considering switching to the RRS tripods but since all the mounting brackets are different I also need to replace the particular item above. I hope there is a better solution on the RRS side to this. The lens I use this with is a pentax 300mm lens without a tripod mount.

Hi,

Depending on which RRS system items you already have, you'd need at least their Y-support.

Almost all of their parts can be combined into new configurations. In this case a Bar with screw in threads at the end.

Cheers,
