Selective Exporting of Metadata

I'm using Aperture 3.2.4 and want to continue including my copyright, date/time and keyword metadata etc in my exports but wish to exclude my camera model and camera settings details from the sidecar file. I cant find the menus/settings if any to achieve this. Is this possible and how?
