Sunrise at Cabo Sardao
« on: June 14, 2013, 03:25:29 am »

Good morning all, this is another shot I took recently in my favourite spot. It seems every time I go there, the opportunities are different.

Shot with EOS M and 18-55 zoom, plus Singh Ray GND filter.

A real beauty, great blue tones. Just wish for a little more shadow detail (dodge) lighten the mainland. Other than
that no nits from me.

Fantastic imagery! I'd prefer the mountain to be a bit lighter.

The sky is gorgeous and the blue hues of the water perfect. I'd agree with Dwayne & Pramote regarding the darkness of the land.

Thanks all for the comments. I played with a bit of dodge of the cliffs, but I prefer this version. Actually, the rocks are almost black, as they are dark Carboniferous schists.
