A new foot for the 70-200 f/2.8...!
« on: June 09, 2013, 06:30:26 pm »

Hey guys,

in my quest on how to improve stability on both Nikon's 70-200 lenses, after reviewing the Kirk collar for the 70-200 f/4, I decided this time to give the Really Right Staff foot & plate replacement for the 70-200 f/2.8 a try. Here it is:

Both the foot & plate are of the highest quality, and they work very well. You can read my review of the RRS foot and replacement plate

HERE.

Best,

Vieri

Indeed. I have been using this baby for 3-4 years, it works very well.

Cheers,

I have had one since the 70-200 II came out. Bulletproof and much more robust and stable than the original.
