How to carry gear

Searched but could not find an answer for this specific combo

I would like to carry a pro DSLR, 2-3 lenses and a H-Series Hasselblad with 2-3 lenses, batteries and accessories on longer treks - in the same pack.

What are you using, is it comfortable and is it durable?
Does it protect the ear from the elements?
