Rust never sleeps?  But apparently some actually walks.

I like this very much.  Especially the structured geometric forms which are pleasingly aligned.  (I wonder if this might be a large format or view camera image?)

Regards,

Walter

This is a great image. Thanks for sharing. Agree on the geometric shapes all working together, from the sidewalk to the building to the rust drip lines. I like this a lot.

Well seen  (assuming you did not photoshop the girl's dress color).

And if he did, well seen in the mind's eye.

Very good indeed: well seen. Slobodan, you're almost as cynical as I am.

Thanks for the feedback.

Other than some basic tweaking it's as shot.

The background was crying out for someone to walk past to make the image. Fortunately I didn't have to wait too long. The challenge was to press the shutter at the right moment. Luckily for once, I got it right!

Yes, and not only did you get the figure in the right place, the position of the legs in the stride is just right.  A stunning image.

That you thought to "wait for someone to walk past" says good things about your vision...and the serendipity of her garments so much the better. This is why we may not care about our watch dressing in the morning, but somehow feel undressed departing without a camera to hand...thank you for sharing your experience of that scene.

I think you would find the China and Art Wolfe portions of the now available LLVJ 20 in the LULA store very enjoyable and inspirational.
