« on: November 20, 2012, 09:47:20 am »

Just about to order my first book for a print portfolio. 30x40cm prints. What do you use? Do you know any cool books thats a bit different from the usual ones?

I don't use a book.

My small prints are on paper that's up to 24” on the long side. I mount them using Lineco clear mounting corners on slightly over sized foam core (26” x 14”) and use clear plastic bags to cover the prints. The combination gives the prints a lot of white space, plus the ability to place in a print bin. The prints travel well, people can and do hold the works up individually, plus I put a brief explanation and bio on the back of each piece.
