Contax C/Y PC-Distagon 35mm f/2.8

Hi all.  I have a TS lens lover and have came across this Contax C/Y PC-Distagon 35mm f/2.8 earlier on the jp website.  Anyone heard about it?  I know it can be used with Canon EOS DSLRs with a C/Y to EOS adapter but how does it perform?  Thanks.
