The "new old" Hartblei Superrotators

I´m looking for a flexible wide angle tilt-shift lens to mount on my d800E and have come across this lens from the old hartblei factory in Ukraine.

It seems to be an updated "digital" version of the old 35mm but not the flashy Zeiss-version from the German branch of Hartblei.

Does anyone have experience with this lens and would like to shed some light on it´s performance?
