Rating applied on Import

What have I done? I must have selected an option somewhere but every import I make sets the rating of the imported pictures to 5 stars on every photograph. How do I reset this to zero?

Metadata preset applied on import? And it's got the rating in it.

Nope! I've reset the import present and that's done nothing
