Copying and Applying Adjustments

Does anyone know any keyboard shortcuts for this (to change from copying to applying?) Going into the menu to change is getting tiring. I know that A is the shortcut...but for which?

Shift
+A will cycle between the cursors assigned to A.
Also you can use Apple+Shift+C to copy and Apple+Shift+V to paste, or change these shortcuts in [Capture One > Edit Keyboard Shortcuts].
