I am hate to say it but the image is quite unsharp. It is very important for an image like this where you have movement that anything that's stationary is pin sharp. Both the rocks and short grass (which should not be affected by wind in case there was wind) are soft.
I don't really like how there is a large block of white with very little definition or form taking up such a large part of the image. Some rocks partially covered by the flowing water would create some interesting form. Also there is nothing really that interesting in the green areas.
