I love fog so this is very appealing. I can’t help the think that the right foreground could be lighter, but perhaps you played with that and didn’t’ like the results.

I really like the glowing nature of the floats.

Unfortunately, I had to mask out a lot of debris in the water at the back end, so chose rather to darken instead of lighten...sigh, i did have the same idea. Thanks for the kind words.
