Wimberly WH200 vs WH200-S
« on: March 26, 2012, 01:04:14 pm »

I am looking at these two gimbal heads for my Mamiya 300mm f/2.8 APO which I recently purchased, I am more interested in the WH200 S since it seems to make more sense to me. However, I was wondering if there is any difference in their maximum weight capacity, thanks,

The Mamiya 300mm f/2.8 APO weighs 6.41 lb.'s according to B&H's files http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/32970-REG/Mamiya_210221_300mm_f_2_8_APO_Lens.html and the Nikon 300mm f/2.8 VRII weighs 6.39 lb.'s so the Wimberly WH200-S (which I now have) works absolutely perfectly with this lens and the PhaseOne 645DF.
