MTGFender proved to be frivolous. He bought a lens through me, later resigned and exposed me to the loss. I sent a package that arrived in the United States, but for unknown reasons, was not delivered. (Client did not receive the package). Losses are shipping both ways and a serious loss on FX.

Still for sale  :)

I have a perfect 279 positive feedbacks at ebay and perfect feedbacks at FM Forums. I am also very active at GetDPI.
Bewared the item is in POLAND (if you are a US buyer).
I bought the HC 100mm from "Design Freak" for $2, 100 (including PP fee + shipping).
I've never received the lens. I don't know whether it was the seller's mistake or USPS, the lens was sent back to the seller in Poland
Design Freak offered to pay me back with less shipping and paypal fee and threatened me that he put "NO RETURN" in his Paypal massage. If he could just offer me nicely and not threatening, I would have share some of his loss. I've been using paypal solely for over 10 years so I know "NO return" doesn't mean anything if I've never received the item.
I have to dispute Paypal and finally received the full refund of $2,100 back. Thanks to paypal!
I would be very careful to buy any items from this seller. If you want to buy, buy it via paypal.
If I were him I would keep it to myself. This massage is just to defend myself. Otherwise, I may put this massage in all of his sales.
Best regards.

Unfortunately, truth is different.
I recently sold a few things here. Everybody got their equipment, which was consistent with the description. And no one exposed me to such a loss. I suggested that I send equipment once again at my expense. I got a message from the buyer that he is very happy, because he really wants this lens. Then I received another message, however, that changed his mind. The result - a loss of $ 400, taking into account the transport and loss on FX.
And I just wanted to help a friend sell equipment...

Dear MTGender,
I hope that you live comfortably

There's no way to tell where the issue lies. Both people seem to be reasonable. Sometimes shit just happens, especially when it involves the postal service. My suggestion to everyone buying and selling online is to use a courier service such as DHL or Fedex so that accurate real-time tracking and verification can take place.

Seems to me this issue has arisen entirely because of the carrier rather than the buyer or seller.  I can't make sense of what was tried after it became apparent the package wasn't delivered, but it's too bad that an amicable solution couldn't be worked out, especially where both buyer and seller could share the cost of the carrier's mix-up.  Postal service is usually less expensive, but their tracking system is essentially non-existent, especially compared to FedEx or UPS.  [I once sent a USPS package to Canada from the U.S., but the postal clerk typed "CM" instead of "CN" -- one letter to the right on the keyboard.  "CM" is Camaroon, and that's where my package went.  It took two months to sort out, but in the end I and the buyer ended up happy with the transaction -- we worked it out.]

I wanted to send a parcel by courier once again at my expense. Unfortunately, the buyer changed his mind. Generally, there would be no problem if it was my lens.
Note buyer as to the location of the lens is at least understandable. Just as a suggestion that I tried to cheat him.

I hope this would be my last massage.
I will copy this massage you wrote me. I don't think it was right for you just to put the shipping + PP fee to me. If you can just asked nicely, I would absolutely share some of your loss or give you another chance to resend me the lens. People don't like the threatened massage like this.

"So I will send back $ 1917.20 to you which is $ 2100 less
$82.20 Paypal Fees
$100 Shipment cost
Note that on the Paypal invoice there was 'no return' "

Thanks for understanding.

Guys,

Pick up the phone and talk it out.

For 2-3 dollars in phone cost, you will solve this.

Email communication are not ideal if both parties are mad / not understanding, but assuming both they have been cheated.

I agree. But ...There is no need.
For my part, I need only add that it was the mail which was the result of the previous two. In one mate glad that I wanted to send the lens again, in the second he changed his mind. $ 182 is less than half of what I lost. So I do not know at all what was going on, just think it's normal solution. We have not reached agreement. This is not a reason to insult my country. Not the first time I lost. I can handle it well now.

This will be my last massage. I apologize if you feel I insult your country. I did not mean it. It's just that there is higher chance of error especially mailing.
I'd never had any problems buying items from Poland except the most recent one. One of my best fellows whom I love dearly is Polish.
