hdr in print

hello ive just recently aquired some hdr software (hdr efex pro) ,im a little sceptical of this kind of work although what i have seen looks quite amazing on the screen how does this kind of image look in print does it have the same dynamic effect , i assume with correct color managment it should replicate the screen view .

If you've already bought it, just try it once you know what you are doing and you'll see for yourself what it does for your images.

I believe that the maximum contrast of paper cannot match the maximum contrast of LCD displays. (1000:1 or so vs 100:1 or so).

The OP will learn once he gets into it that this is indeed the case. As he'll discover, the real question is whether ON PAPER the HDR software makes a substantial difference to the tonality of his images.
