Canon XF300 skin tones

Recently purchased the Canon XF300, based largely upon the helpful review on this site.  Overall I really like this camera, but I am having a hard time getting skin tones that aren't too pink.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Any suggestions on how to set up the camera for more accurate skin tones?
