Try TransIntl.com at this link - they have this 4 drive bracket as well as sleds for 2.5 inch drives, etc. From our experience, their stuff is very good. You'll also need a SATA controller for the additional drives which they also have. And, with the right SATA controller in a Mac Pro and the right drives, you can probably get pretty close to current Thunderbolt speeds.

I wouldn't hesitate to use a good quality double stick tape to secure a SSD to each side of a 3.5 inch bay.  I stick them everywhere in cases, cleaning/prepping the surface first, and have never had one come undone.

I understand.. the cases I use for my builds have 2-4 2.5" mounting points.. so I use them when building for a client.  Tape just doesn't seem professional.  Yet, double stick tape is probably holding the trim and badges on our cars and more.. modern adhesives, which is all double sided tape is, are used everywhere.

You might look for a 1" roll of the clear and thin double sided tape.  It's far better looking than the thick white tape.  And it comes in handy for many other uses.  Rolls off easy too.

I have mine connected to the SATA connectors and just left sat on some foam. Took the optical bay caddy right out. It's been that way for a year now and the Mac Pro gets transported everywhere and I've never had a problem.

if you want the right bracket though it seems the owc one is a good one. I've heard some reports about the icy dock sleds have had some issues. Although this was a year ago and it may have been solved.

VHB is used in many applications in the RV, Marine and Cargo Trailer industries.  I see it all the time.  It sticks like crazy.

If you want to add additional drives to the 6 you can fit already (2 optical bay, 4 HDD sleds). Check out this.
