a couple of questions about new sonys
« on: September 08, 2011, 02:27:47 pm »

i have never worked with EVF but i really enjoyed shooting with the (small and pathetic resolution) sony R1 screen (with all information always visible)...
the a77 looks great on paper, i was wondering if: all the adjustments made to the pre/lifeview finder (color balance, sharpness, contrast,...) are applied to the jpeg?
in other words: a "look" can be set before starting a shoot and everything looks accordingly in the EVF and on the rear LCD? as do the jpegs?
can the camera shoot jpegs to one card and raw to the other?
thanks for all input

The camera has only one card slot. If you press the DOF preview button, it shows you all of the effects (such as DRO, creative style, etc) applied to the image. The EVF does reflect some creative style setings, such as contrast.
