Purchased new about 3.5 years ago. In as new condition and perfect working order with 'very light use'. Has never been subjected to water, sand or adverse conditions. Batteries' have only been charged a handful of times.
Last year Hensel introduced a Lithium battery for this unit that uses the same charger - improving on the original lead cells by approx 30% higher performance and 60% lower weight - only about 1,5 kg!
Both batteries supplied in this kit are Hensel lead cell versions, not lithium.
