Lovely lady and composition.

One thing I would suggest though is doing a black and white conversion using a bit more of the green channel and a bit less red channel
so as to get a bit more skin tonality and a bit more distinction in the lips.

Nik silver efex is a great tool for doing this easily.

I think you might like a light copper toning too.

On the assumption that this was shot in colour, why not try the simple technique in PS of Channel Mixer?

It may or may not be the ultimate control freak's wet dream, but it certainly gives me all I ever felt I needed for a first base - so far! I find that it's best to go straight into it from an untouched file, and do all of the corrections from there whilst in the b/w mode, without playing about with any colour tricks first. Going to first principles is often a great way to do things.

The above is on the understanding that you want to produce a black/white image, of course!

Worth a try; it's a good image and I'm sure you could get a helluva lot more out of it than you have.

I'm "messing around" with the green filter as suggested, it makes a huge difference in the lips, will post another version a bit later. I really appreciate the suggestions, I don't do much portraiture and hadn't even thought of different filtration for a person.

Unfortunately, it wasn't my shooting as a photographer but as an assistant. This is one of the 3 only shots I made, while my mate (the photographer) was making some coffee. It was shot with available light (there were strobes for the shooting but I didn't use it). Sort of a "stolen" image (even if I asked the model) 

PD : Emile, this was done with the 100mm btw.
PD² : The only sentence I knew when I was in Sweden was "vill du vara min sex slava ?". Every girl loved my humour. ahahaha

Nice. Personally I prefer the tonality of the skin in the second version with the green filter.
However with the added green filter I would suggest
backing off a bit with the sharpening.

While the strong sharpening on the first version looks good with the less descriptive skin tones
I think that the increased tonal "description" in the green filter version less sharpening is required.
A good balance between "description" from sharpening and "description" from more tonality Would (I think) be nicer overall.

Processing aside I really like the quiet and natural pose.

Oh also one last thing. Green filtering can look a bit patchy with many lipsticks.
I often find that a slightly different filtering is required on the lips. I then blend the two layers together.
