The Panasonic GH2 is rather new, however, I understand they are not available due to several reasons--the current economic world slump and the disaster which hit Japan ( perhaps more so due to the tsunami) .
Other manf. are in a simiar situation.
With the above situations & perhaps others I am not aware of, Panasonic may or may not create a backlog of GH2 cameras as we are moving toward the year 2012---with that in mind, I would be curious to know when Panasonic may introduce a GH3?? Will this be highly unlikely, not in the forseeable future or will Panasonic just by pass the GH2 because of the disruption in Japan & introduce the GH3 and just move on as this is a "normal" procedure, ie--introducing new models every time period.
