Danger, danger, danger…
« on: June 27, 2011, 07:31:51 pm »

I'm beginning to believe that Canadian women may be just a little too dangerous for us Aussie blokes to be hanging around with. First it was a naive Aussie hanging out with a Canadian girl and getting beaten on by the riot squad. More here.

Now we have a poor Aussie photographer hanging out Canadian journalist who gets tortured by the Somalis. More here.

My only relationship with a Canadian lass was cut short when she went off with a guitar playing American. Perhaps now I can count my blessings, I was in Israel at the time and you know what can happen there.

Maybe your ladies should come with a warning label, I'm just saying…

Commiserations to Canadian women's team going down to Germany in the World Cup.

Cheers,

Just curious why this is posted in the "About This Site" section?

Canadians, photographers…

This site is run by a Canadian and I'm Australian, both stories are interesting and feature Canadians, Australians and photography.

The first story was of an Australian and a Canadian kissing during a Hockey riot and the resultant photograph.

The second story is that a Canadian journalist and an Australian photographer have just been let go by their Somali captors. This was after her parents and some well known Australians paid a one million dollar ransom.

Both stories involved photography, an Australian guy and a Canadian woman and in both cases the Aussie got beaten on and in the second situation badly so.

Things usually happen in threes and I'm thinking should we warn Aussie men of this risk.

Cheers,
