free layout for canon ipf 8300?

Is there anything like this available for the ipf 8300?

Yes, it's available for the 8300. You have to click Free Layout, or something like that, while you're in the 8300 print driver (the regular PS print driver). When you leave there, if memory serves me right, it will take you to the Free Layout screen. You can do this multiple times to add images to your layout page.

Having said all of that, I don't trust the program. I've ruined prints due to colour management issues with it. I was unable to sort out the problem and found nothing on-line. Now I export everything through the Canon print driver, and I do manual profile conversions when I need to use the Relative Colorimetric rendering intent.

If you only need something to arrange multiple prints on a roll, try Qimage (Windows) or Lightroom (OS-X) first. RIP is not necessary.

Does qimage handle canvas and calculatin wraps?
