I have 4x PocketWizard PlusII and I find them very dependable. Depending on what system you shoot (35mm/medium format) and what flashes you use, hyper sync might be interesting for you as an option with PocketWizard Flextt5 in a combo with the Plus II .

Hi,

The RFS2 transmitter is MUCH smaller and you´ll probably find it much more comfortable and mechanical safer on the RZ´s hotshoe. RFS2 is very fast (would sync up to 1/1500 with leaf shutter, so you have enough headroom for the RZ´s speeds). In case you should plan to buy into the broncolor system be aware, as far as I know at the moment it´s only the new senso packs that work with build in RFS2. We use the "old" RFS and found it extremely reliable. Hope this helps.

Cheers, Ulf

I confess, I really love Broncolor products, but in Brazil this products are so expensive.
And if I buy it in NY, I will pay about 77% tax + shipping to bring to Brazil.

I'm looking a Broncolor Nano, but I don't know when I can buy it.

At this moment I only need a flash trigger for use with my Atek system.

Don´t worry, your Atek system will be OK, the Nano won´t make you a different photographer, it´s all more about HOW you use your gear. We´ve been using the RZ with the Valeo / Aptus for quite a long time, a very nice combination. We found a bulky trigger device (used the IRS2 before) problematic on the hot shoe. We´ve used the RZ handheld and there was always a risk of damage either to the IRS2 or the hotshoe, that´s why I suggested the smaller transmitter. We do not have any personal experience with the RFS2 but from our experience with the RFS I am sure it will work well. Don´t let me be misunderstood I have no doubt the pocketwizard will do the job as perfect too but it is simply a larger device and if you are looking to minimize any potential problems you might be better served with a smaller unit. Just my 2ct.

Cheers, Ulf
