need advice on ipf9100 vs. ipf8300

one of my buyers has asked me my opinion of which 60" printer to purchase.  

he had samples from an ipf8300 and an ipf8000s.  

my assumption is that the ipf8000s and the ipf9000s print with identical quality and relative speed.

but, does the ipf9100 print anything close to the quality of the ipf8300.  comparing the 8000s to the 8300, the 8300 were far superior.
