Has anyone had experience with the Zoerk USA rep recently?

I ask as I've called 3x and emailed 2x since Feb about buying some pieces and do not get a response.
Once I got him on the phone, for some reason he mistook me for another person and then said he'd call me right back. This was 3 months ago ...

Are they still in business?

Last time I contacted them I got a quick, attentive and really helpful response. But that was 3 years ago.

I did a search and all the info I found said great things but all from 2001-2006 or so, nothing was recent. Also their webpage doesn't seem to have updated in a while (zoerk.de looks even older).

Maybe this should tell me something ...
