Present and accounted for.

Been quite busy at work during the day, and consumed with basketball in the evenings.  The NBA hasn't been this exciting in years.

Is that a newly discovered illness? Dirkules I mean, not the other. I'd always supposed that medical conditions were named after the Latin; this seems more Greek to me; but then, most things do.
