Photoshop Extended
« on: March 30, 2011, 10:10:26 am »

Sorry for being a little off topic here, but I find this is one internet forum that can be relied upon for a sensible answer.

My question is whether Photoshop CS5 Extended offers anything to photographers over and above that offered by CS5? The CS5 Extended literature speaks of movie rendering, but is there functionality in CS5 Extended that is of routine use to a DSLR stills and video shooter not already provided by CS5 ?

Many thanks for your time.

True....if the question is placed in the proper forum.

I suspect you'd get answers to your query if you placed it in the "Digital Image Processing" forum rather than this the "Lightroom" forum.

I wonder, do mods here take it upon themselves to move improperly placed questions...

They do, sometimes, but it's best to pick the right topic area in the first place.
