Up for sale is a first-generation Nikon EL-Nikkor 50mm f/2.8 enlarger lens for $45 paypalled and shipped within CONUS. Reportedly, this is one of the best general purpose enlarger lenses out there (in contrast to the EL-Nikkor 50mm f/4), but I have never used it for that purpose.
I started to buy old enlarger lenses in order to use them for macro photography mounted on a PB-4 bellows. Here is a Fred Miranda post showing a picture of
my setup with a different 50mm f/2.8 EL-Nikkor on my bellows. Somehow I ended up with more EL-Nikkors than I need and now I am selling this one.
The lens is on good shape, the glass is clean and free of fungus and the aperture oil free and snappy. Only on very close inspection can I detect some haze inside the lens (looks like on the inside of the front element and shows in the first picture below).
The lens comes with what I believe to be its original lens bubble (I am not the first owner, so I don't know for sure). This lens bubble is cracked, but it still protects the lens perfectly well and I think a drop of super glue should fix it.
As I mentioned, I bought this lens used and have not used it much myself. I can therefore not give any guarantees.
The pictures below are a little on the quick-n-dirty side and not up to my standards for product shots. The reason is that my make-shift studio in the basement is set up for macro work right now, so I did not use the light tent.

So far I have not sold anything on the Luminous Landscape Forum, but I had 11 "great" rated Fred Miranda transactions (my name there is Peter Mueller), four of them as seller, and I have 100% positive feedback on ebay (my ID there is pmuelle3).
