EOS 7D Generic ICC Profile
« on: March 22, 2011, 10:21:46 pm »

Gentlemen,

I have very recently received my EOS 7D and I was doing some test shots and validating my workflow with Capture One Version 6.1.1 and noticed a yellow cast on my images.
When I switch the ICC profile to, for example the EOS 40D Generic profile, colors look more natural.
Has anyone noticed this behaviour?
As a side comment, my monitor is adequately calibrated.
Thank you for your comments.

Persio.

Yep, and this has been discussed on Phase One forum too.

I've renamed the 1D MK III profile so that it is called as the 7D default - it's also much better than the official 7D profile.

Keith,

Thank you for your comment.
Can you please describe how you have renamed the 1D MK III profile?
Thanks again,

Keith,
Please disregard my previous post.
It is a rather silly request.
I have renamed the profile in the DSLR directory and it is working as it should be.

Thanks again,
Persio.
