Is there a way to make the exposure keyboard shortcut use smaller increments?

Is there a way to set the increments for the keyboard shortcut for exposure uses? Currently it adjusts by .1 of a stop ... i'd like to go to .05
Also is there a way to make the rgb readout update without moving the mouse?  I like to leave my mouse poining at a sample and adjust with keyboard. The rgb readout won't update until I bump the mouse. I'm using windows 7 64 bit.
