NEC PA241W up in price?

I just recently saw BHphoto, Amazon, NewEgg have raised their prices on this monitor. Use to be about $800 now about $125 more. I would expect foreign market prices have gone up?

It was my first choice but I was also looking at the HP lp2475w. Any comments on this monitor or is the NEC better? Thanks

Foreign exchange differences, probably.  The dollar has dropped.
